Popps Packing is an artist-run neighborhood-based nonprofit organization founded in 2009. They seek to create impactful arts programming and foster cultural exchange between local and international artist communities, while leveraging the unique features of our region, neighborhood, and personal practices.
Their programs include regular gallery exhibitions, that provide local artists a platform to showcase new works, a robust residency program and regular workshops and public events.
Hatch Art’s plan for “Hamtramck Disneyland” is to repair and maintain the installation in accordance to the Dmytro Szylak’s vision.
Rotating artists-in-residence use one of the garages as their workshop, host open studio hours for visitors to learn about their creative process, and organize a public exhibition of their art work at the end of their stay. Hatch Art also coordinates the artist-in-residence to be a visiting artist in public schools and area colleges wherever possible.

Red Bull House of Art
Red Bull House of Art is a live-in residency experience in Detroit, dedicated to providing visual artists the freedom and space to create. Their aim is to support courageous exploration in visual arts.

Red Bull House of Art is dedicated to ongoing relationships and meaningful conversations with the broader arts and culture community.
The Heidelberg Project (“HP”) is a Detroit-based community organization designed to improve the lives of people and neighborhoods through art. Their mission is to inspire people to appreciate and use artistic expression to enrich their lives and to improve the social and economic health of their greater community.
